Introduction to Harcum College Resources & Services

This guide will introduce you to the digital tools and academic resources available to help you succeed at Harcum College.

Harcum Hatch

Harcum Hatch provides the following essential College services:

G Suite / Google Workspace: Access Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive, and more for communication and collaboration.
PowerCampus: View academic records, register for courses, check schedules, and manage your student account.
Canvas: Access course materials, assignments, grades, and participate in class discussions.
College Central Network (CCN): Search for jobs, internships, and career resources.
Starfish: Connect with academic support, advising, tutoring, and other success resources.
e2Campus: Receive important campus alerts and emergency notifications.
Library Database Passwords: Get passwords to access library databases and research resources off-campus.

Harcum College Email & Google Workspace

When you’re first registered at Harcum College, the I.T. department will create a Harcum email account for you. This account provides a unique username and an initial password, giving you access to Google Workspace and a variety of productivity tools.

With your Harcum email, you'll have access to:

Gmail: Secure email for communication with instructors and classmates.
Google Drive: Cloud storage for organizing and sharing files.
Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides: Create, edit, and collaborate on documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Google Calendar: Keep track of academic deadlines, appointments, and class schedules.

Upon your first login, you'll be prompted to change your password. After that, you can use your Harcum email and Google Workspace tools for all your academic needs during your time at Harcum College.
