Search Business Source Premier for MarketLine industry profiles. Search using keywords for your industry and use the Source Type filter beside the results to limit by Industry Profiles. If you don't see Industry Profiles select Show More to see a full list of Source Type filters.

The federal government assigns codes to industry segments for data collection purposes. NAICS is the North American Industry Classification System. It was adopted in 1997 to replace the old Standard Industry Classification System (SIC). Databases like Business Source Premier use NAICS and/or SIC codes to identify industries. When doing industry research, find out the NAICS and SIC codes.
You can find NAICS and SIC codes on the U.S. Census Bureau website.
For example, dental hygiene would fall under NAICS code 621399 Dental hygienists' offices (e.g., centers, clinics)
Physical Therapist Assistant and Occupational Therapy Assistant would fall under NAICS code 621340 Offices of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists, and Audiologists
Once you know your NAICS codes, search Business Source Premier for articles on that industry. Change the search field to IC NAICS Code or Description.
